1. Acceptance of terms
By using avocadocs (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What avocadocs is — and isn't
avocadocs generates document drafts (contracts, NDAs, proposals, and similar) using AI. avocadocs is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Documents generated through the Service are templates and starting points. For high-value deals, regulated industries, or unusual terms, consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.
3. Your account
You're responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to generate documents intended for fraud, harassment, illegal activity, or to misrepresent third parties. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account — your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.

7. Content ownership
You own the documents you generate. We retain no rights to your output beyond what's necessary to operate the Service (storage, display in your dashboard).
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated documents are fit for any specific legal purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, avocadocs's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
