What we collect
- Account data: email address, and (if you sign in with Google) your name and profile photo.
- Document data: the answers you provide in the document wizard and the generated documents themselves.
- Billing data: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- Usage data: basic analytics (page views, country, device type) to improve the product.
How we use it
To generate your documents, save them to your dashboard, process payments, send transactional emails (receipts, password resets), and improve the Service.
AI processing
Your document inputs are sent to AI providers (Google Gemini, OpenAI) to generate the document text. These providers process the data under their own terms; we do not permit them to train models on your content.
Storage and security
Data is stored in encrypted databases hosted on Supabase/Cloudflare infrastructure. Access is restricted by row-level security so only you can read your documents.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share only with the subprocessors required to run the Service (Supabase, Stripe, Cloudflare, AI providers, email delivery).
Your rights
You can export or delete your documents anytime from your dashboard. To delete your account entirely, email help@avocadocs.us.

We use essential cookies for authentication and a privacy-respecting analytics cookie. No third-party advertising trackers.
