Single-document purchases
One-time single-document purchases ($20) are final sale and non-refundable once the payment is processed. The credit is added to your account immediately and can be used at any time to generate one document. Please confirm your details before purchasing.
Recurring renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard — your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again. Recurring renewal charges are non-refundable, so cancel before the renewal date if you don't intend to continue.
How to request a refund
Email help@avocadocs.us from the address on your account. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
